Terms of participation of the 20th international "Alarm for Cobra 11" - Fanmeeting
The currently displayed conditions of participation are of the previous 18th international fan meeting, which took place from October 4th to October 6th, 2024. You will find a current version of the conditions of participation here latest at the start of the registration for the upcoming international fan meeting, which will take place in 2025.
The participation in the 20th international "Alarm for Cobra 11" fan meeting (hereinafter referred to as "fan meeting" or "event") and associated program items, organized by "Alarm für Cobra 11 - Der offizielle Fanclub", represented by Marco Müller, Hermülheimer Straße 44, 50354 Hürth, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") is subject to the following conditions of participation. Participation and registration for the fan meeting are only permitted if you fully accept these terms and conditions.
1. Registration and conclusion of contract
All registered persons that paid the participation fee and received a confirmation of participation from the organizer can participate in the international fan meeting about the television series "Alarm for Cobra 11", which takes place in Kall-Urft from September 4th to 6th october, 2024. The participation form has to be filled out from everybody with truthful personal information.
All participants, who are minors at the beginning of the event, must also provide proof of their consent to participation and the conditions of participation in order to complete the registration. All persons who have not reached the age of 14 at the time of the event can only participate in the International Fan Meeting in the company of a adult accompanying person. Registration is considered provisional until full payment of the participation fee. After full receipt of payment, each interested person will receive a confirmation of the participation by e-mail and will be listed as a participant of the international fan meeting.
You can register via the homepage (www.cobra11-fanclub.de/fantreffen/anmeldung). The registration is considered a binding contract offer. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the registration confirmation by the organizer. Registrations are generally considered in the order in which they were received.
2. Payment conditions
The participant has to pay the contractually agreed fee for the event (participation fee) within 14 working days by bank transfer or Paypal according to the organizer's payment request.
When paying the participation fee through the service provider Paypal, make sure that you choose "send money to friends / family" as the prefered method of payment, because the offical fan club is a non-commercial organization. Otherwise you will have to pay the full transaction fees.
The organizer reserves the right to charge a reasonable amount of late fees in the event that the participant does not pay the participation fee by the above-mentioned deadline.
3. Resignation and refunds
The participant may withdraw from the contract in writing without charge before confirming his participation by the organizer. In the event of a later withdrawal or non-participation, we, as the organizer, will levy an expense allowance or cancellation fee as follows:
- In case of withdrawal up to and including the August 29th 2024, we charge an expense allowance of 15,00 Euro,
- until 12th September 2024 we charge 50% of the participation fee as cancellation fee,
- until 26th September 2024 we charge 75% of the participation fee as cancellation fee!
- After the deadlines listed above, we charge the full participation fee (100%) as cancellation fee.
The participant has the opportunity, after the organizer has given his consent, to transfer his place to another person. The billing of the participation fee must clarify the affected person among themselves.
Withdrawal can be made by means of a clear declaration by post (Alarm für Cobra 11 – Der offizielle Fanclub, Marco Müller, Hermülheimer Straße 44, 50354 Hürth) or by e-mail (fantreffen@cobra11-fanclub.de).
4. Cancellation and changes to the event
The organizer has the right to postpone or cancel the event for reasons beyond his control (e.g. lack of participants, short-term unavailability of an actor without possibility of substitution, force majeure, failure of a program item of a co-organizer, Covid-19). The participant will be notified by the contact details stated in his / her application. In case of cancellation, a participation fee already paid will be refunded. The same applies in the event that the participant can not participate in a catch-up appointment for the event. Other claims on the part of the participant are excluded. The organizer reserves the right to change the course of events and / or change announced guests (such as actors, production participants, etc.). The participant can not make claims therefrom, e.g. on withdrawal from the contract or reduction of the participation fee, deduce.
5. Exclusion from participation
The organizer is entitled to exclude participants from the event in special cases, e.g. Delayed payment, disturbance of the event, disregard of the corresponding instructions and bids by the organizer. In the event of exclusion, the organizer's financial entitlement is governed by Section 2 of these Conditions of Participation.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude the participant before the start of the event in special cases (e.g. Default of payment in the previous year, suspicion of non-compliance with the rules established by the organizer).
6. Legal responsibility
The organizer is liable for damages in connection with the execution of the event only in case of intent or gross negligence. The limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health, which are based on a negligent or intentional breach of duty by the organizer, a legal representative or vicarious agent of the organizer. Cardinal obligation (i.e. a contractual obligation which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the fulfillment of which the participant may routinely trust).
7. Privacy policy
The personal data of the participant is collected exclusively for the purpose of event handling and accounting, stored and processed by the organizer. We collect, process and use personal data only insofar, as they are necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which allows the processing of data for the performance of a contract or precontractual measures. The collected personal data will be deleted immediately after conclusion of the event. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

8. Additional agreements
Additional agreements are only valid in writing.
9. Right transfer
The participant grants the organizer explicit territorial, temporal and unrestricted rights of use for all film and photo recordings of his person during the event and agrees to a publication on the homepage www.cobra11-fanclub.de, as well as the associated social media channels on Facebook (www.facebook.com/cobra11fanclub), Twitter (www.twitter.com/cobra11fanclub), Instagram (www.instagram.com/cobra11fanclub) und YouTube (www.youtube.com/cobra11fanclub). Of course, these film and photo shoots will uphold good manners and will not be published by the risk of negative publicity.
10. Withdrawal
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 of the german civil code (BGB), the organizer is not obliged to grant a right of revocation. This is accordingly regulated in section 3 of these conditions of participation.
